If paying in full, full balance is due by August 21.
If using a payment plan, your schedule is set with your first payment.
Cancellation Policy:
√ Refunds for in-person or Zoom participation not related to Retreat cancellation will be made if requested in writing 30 days prior to the Retreat start date. An administrative fee of $100 will be deducted.
√ No refunds will be made for requests received within 30 days of the Retreat.
√ If the in-person Retreat is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances:
a. We will offer a modified Retreat experience via Zoom. Participant cost is $50. You will receive a full refund, less a $50 Zoom fee.
b. If you choose not to participate via Zoom, we will refund your registration fee less $50 for administrative costs.
