If you interested in an amazing opportunity to connect with other Whole Person Leaders around the authentic you, join the next Living on Purpose Coaching Circle.

During your Whole Person Leadership cohort, you articulated your purpose and plan for living that purpose. We will gather bi-weekly within a community of allies ready to help you reach your next destination.

The focus will be on YOU and short discussion topics related to living out your Purpose Plan. Within this peer circle, you’ll have time to share your triumphs, tribulations and receive feedback.

The most positive impact for me is understanding where my strengths and weaknesses are, especially with my organization; I am trying to impart that onto my employees so that they understand that we need to be organized and forward-thinking when planning and even in the daily work that we do.

WPL helped me recognize that where I am on my journey of life right now is the right place for me to be at this moment.

There came a point where the motivation I had—just to get myself going—wasn't enough. I needed to connect back to the authentic me, to connect back to the inner spirit; that was a way to fuel going forward: from a deeper place, one that could be sustained through any obstacle.

Since completing WPL, I feel almost reborn—focused, creative, and energized. New ideas flow; meaningful connections appear; people are reaching out to support my work. I carry forward insights from every woman in the cohort. In short, WPL delivered far more than a workshop. It gave me clarity of purpose, a flourishing network, and the confidence to live my vision aloud. I am profoundly grateful.

Potential topics

Conversation topics will be shaped by the needs, interests, and/or expertise of the participants, and may change according to the group’s needs.

  • Establish desired outcome for each participant. [something you would like to progress or expand by year-end.]

  • Your inner life: guiding your Whole Person Leadership.

  • What is life asking of you now?

  • Setting intentions that support your pathway.

  • The role of trust in everything.

  • Your future self: guiding your Whole Person Leadership path.

On my own, I don't carve out time to be reflective. The structure of the program gave me the structure and intentional time to reflect on my goals.

Each participant will have an Accountability Partner to explore with and deepen the learnings.

Each will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Sample session flow/process:

Hearing All the Voices: Report-in from last 2 weeks.

Establish the desired outcome for each participant for the session.

Conversation Topic.

Peer-to-Peer Coaching.

Closing/Commitment to Action: what emerged and what is next.
