The CPL Member Experience
Continue connecting, practicing, and growing.
CPL Membership creates continuity between individual programs, gatherings, retreats, and conversations.
It offers a way to remain connected to the people and practices that support purposeful leadership—not just for a season, but as part of an ongoing journey.
Membership is not about participating in everything. It is about having a community to return to and meaningful ways to continue growing.

Find your place in the community
You do not need to participate in everything or know exactly how you want to be involved before joining.
Begin with one next step—attend a CPL Connect gathering, join the Community Hearth, or enter CPL Communities—and discover the people and opportunities that speak to you.
“The power of human connection is the key to our collective future. This is our calling, our mutual purpose: to enhance the power of every engagement by bringing everyone’s voice and wisdom to a positive outcome. This is the foundation of collective impact.”
