Ways to Give
Ways to Support CPL
Help sustain purposeful leadership, meaningful connection, and community.
The Center for Purposeful Leadership is made possible by people who believe in the power of intentional gathering, authentic relationships, and shared purpose.
Your generosity helps CPL convene meaningful conversations, cultivate purposeful leaders, strengthen communities, develop resources, and make transformational experiences available to more people.
Membership & Charitable Giving
Membership and charitable giving are connected, but they are not the same.
Membership is a way to belong, participate, continue learning, and help sustain the CPL community.
Charitable giving is an additional way to invest in CPL’s mission and long-term future.
You do not need to be a member to make a gift, and members are not required to give beyond their membership contribution.
Every expression of support is valued.
Make a One-Time or Recurring Gift
One-time and recurring gifts provide flexible support for CPL’s programs, gatherings, community experiences, scholarships, resources, and organizational development.
Recurring gifts are especially helpful because they provide dependable support throughout the year.
Give Through Your IRA
Individuals age 70½ or older may be eligible to make a qualified charitable distribution directly from an eligible IRA to the Center for Purposeful Leadership.
A qualified charitable distribution may also satisfy all or part of a required minimum distribution (RMD).
Because individual circumstances and tax laws vary, please consult your financial or tax advisor before making an IRA gift.
Request an Employer Matching Gift
Many employers match charitable contributions made by employees, retirees, or board members.
Contact your employer’s human resources or charitable-giving department to find out whether your gift to CPL is eligible. A matching gift may significantly increase the impact of your support.
Join the Wisdom Circle
The Wisdom Circle recognizes individuals, businesses, and organizations whose charitable gifts of $1,000 or more during the fiscal year provide significant support for CPL’s mission and future.
Wisdom Circle giving is separate from membership. Wisdom Circle participants may also be CPL members, but financial giving does not determine a person’s belonging or importance within the community.
