  • A Sustaining Donor is anyone who makes a contribution to help grow Center for Purposeful Leadership as an organization, support the Essential Conversations, and develop purposeful leaders such as yourself.

    Participation in programs is not required.

  • So much goodness! As a sustaining donor you are welcomed into this vibrant community of practice. You will receive invitations to participate in events and programs, such as the weekly Essential Conversations and opportunities in CPL Communities (individual program pricing may apply). We’ll hope you join us!

Ways To Give

CPL Sustaining Donor: Become a CPL Sustainer with a one-time or monthly donation to Center for Purposeful Leadership.

If a monthly donation is your best option use the secure online donation form above and choose the “Monthly” option. Your sustaining gift will cut down on administrative costs, allowing your gift to CPL to go further.

RMD: Contribute a portion of your Required Minimum Distribution from your IRA.

If you are age 72 or older, IRS rules require you to take required minimum distributions (RMDs) from your tax-deferred retirement accounts each year by December 31. When you donate to CPL directly from your IRA, you can avoid paying income tax on that portion of your RMD. Read Ric Hinkie’s story. Then, contact your IRA administrator or CPL to learn more.

Matching Donations: Increase the impact of your gift with a matching donation from your employer.

Many businesses have programs set up to match donations made by their employees to eligible nonprofit organizations–see if your employer is one of them.

Wisdom Circle Donor: Become a Wisdom Circle donor by giving a gift of $1,000 or more.

CPL’s Wisdom Circle recognizes the leading individual, business, and organizational members who make generous unrestricted contributions of $1,000 and above each fiscal year. Wisdom Circle members are part of CPL’s supporters' inner circle and receive special benefits.
