  • Pamela brings over 25 years of experience leading teams, overseeing operations, driving strategic initiatives, and developing systems and procedures. She helps build internal capacity and self-sufficiency and will help us set the stage for a new Executive Director who will be hired in the coming months.

    She is a Whole Person Leadership Alum, an Art of Convening Graduate, and has been part of the Advancement Action Council, Re-Envisioning, and Retreat teams for CPL over the last 5 years. 

  • Pamela has a Master of Art Degree in Professional Communications (MPC) and a Master of Science in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution (MSCM). She has worked in the fields of legal compliance, contract negotiation, project coordination, grant management, and school finance.  She worked on the Navajo Nation supporting Evaluation and Program support for Domestic Violence Prevention, Drug and Suicide Prevention programs and SEL Enrichment for youth and families for 18 years.
