  • Hello! Thanks for visiting my profile. My emphasis is on leadership learning and development through action learning. The most reliable way to grow as a leader is through a mix of action learning, relationship-based learning, and reflection. By practicing with the convening framework, and trusting the coaching process, it is within your reach to become, to experience, and to achieve far more impact than you know to be possible today.

I am excited to be a member of the growing team at Center for Purposeful Leadership. We are the people who put people together for purpose! I am also the founder of Labyrinth Leadership Group, a for-cause organization helping leaders navigate challenges, disruptions, and transitions. I have 30 years' management experience in the global energy industry and as a business owner. I am faculty on Whole Person Leadership for Women and specialize in unpacking unique challenges facing women leaders.

My ICF-approved coach training was completed at the Doerr Institute at Rice University, a top university leader development program. I am certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment and the 16 Personality Factor (16pf) Assessment and a Certified Convening Leader (CCL). My master’s degree was completed at University of Minnesota.
