Servant Leadership
Embracing Authentic Self

  • Over 10 years of experience in account management, hospitality, operations, and sales. I’m a results-focused and interpersonally skilled professional who can develop trusting client relationships, inspire account engagement and loyalty, and deliver consistent business and sales growth. I have a proven track record of territory development, on-boarding new product lines, managing reseller and distributor accounts, and expanding brand presence, profitability, and ROI.

As an Operations Manager at The Remedy, I leveraged my Leadership and Project Manager skills to oversee the daily operations of the mental health clinic, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality of service. I also contributed to the marketing and communication strategies, using my CRM expertise and problem-solving skills to create and execute campaigns that increased awareness, referrals, and retention.

My track record includes achievements in quality management, program development, team building, heightened employee engagement, and effective management.

Embodying a servant leadership mindset, l prioritize empowering and uplifting those around me. My charismatic, driven, and determined approach reflects my
commitment to success in every endeavor.

I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring potential collaborations.
