Community Builders are asked to contribute and participate actively through events, programs, discussions, and conversations outlined below. This is an opportunity to give and grow in collaborative community, grounded in the principles and practices of The Art of Convening. Together, we will explore the leadership behaviors and practices that support you in the impact you want to have while supporting the CPL Vision of a just, inclusive, interconnected world—a world that works for all.

    a self-guided, online, interactive exploration of the 9 Aspects to Collaboration of the Convening Wheel. It teaches the art and science of putting your purpose into action, as you learn how to design inspirational, productive and transformative meetings and conversations.

    • Access to CPL programs: CPL Programs are always evolving to address the needs of the community, and the world. Members are welcome to repeat programs as often as they want.

      • AoC Applied Convening : live, interactive 6-week (12-hour) online course, where you’ll embody a sense of purposeful leadership as you apply the AoC concepts into practice.

      • PL101 Foundational : what are the qualities and practices of the Purposeful Leader? What is the fundamental difference of Purposeful Leadership?

      • Coming of Age at the End of an Age : An opportunity to rediscover the joy and power of stepping into conscious elderhood, in an elderhood journey.

      • Weaving Threads of Grief and Joy : Purposeful Leaders gather as "weavers" of grief and joy in times of unraveling

    • Core Team Coaching Group: Quarterly Group Coaching will be offered by our core team. CCLs, partners for mentoring

    • Wisdom Circle Retreat: An annual 3-day retreat open only to Wisdom Circle Members will be offered. Registration fees included in your membership.

    • Exclusive Guest Mentor Sessions: We are planning Guest Mentor Sessions to include thought leaders such as Richard Leider, Margaret Wheatley, and more!

    • Mastering Convening or Whole Person Leadership

    • Licensing Opportunities

    • Opportunities to Contribute to the Emergence of CPL
